Maximizing the Participation of Egyptian Institutes in International Ranking
As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's commitment to maximizing the participation of Egyptian institutes in international rankings through the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, Assistant Professor Mohamed El-Sayed Issa, Head of the Department of Electrical Power and Machines Engineering and Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Aviation Engineering and Technology, Egyptian Academy of Aviation Sciences - Ministry of Civil Aviation, participated in a workshop held on Wednesday morning, April 9, 2025, at the Ministry's headquarters in the Fifth Settlement, next to the Technological University in New Cairo.
This workshop was titled "Continuing the Distinguished Path with Institute Representatives and Stakeholders on How to Maximize the Participation of Distinguished Private Institutes in International Rankings." The workshop was attended by Professor Dr. Gouda Ghanem, Head of the Education Sector and Secretary of the Supreme Council for Institute Affairs, Professor Dr. Ola Lawrence, Advisor to the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, and Professor Dr. Sami Daif, Head of the Central Administration for Private Education. Representatives of institutes that received an A+ rating also participated.
The participation of the Institute of Aviation Engineering and Technology in this event comes in light of its strategic orientation towards openness to national initiatives in the fields of international classification, scientific research, and digital transformation, which contributes to raising the efficiency of the educational process and achieving academic and scientific excellence at the local and international levels.
